Core-Mapping

This session is all about mapping the Essence of your Inner Artist or Creative/Entrepreneurial Project. I have developed the “Essence-Map” as a model to capture the very core.

I will be asking questions and you will just be telling your story. While listening very deeply, I will throw words until you say ‘YES!’. I then write down the word in the right place in the Essence-Map, until the whiteboard is filled with words that capture the very core of your being or business – in as little words as possible!

To crystallize this we will finish with a Shamanic Dreaming session to invite a power animal to accompany you on your Creative or Entrepreneurial journey. 

The physical manifestation of the Essence-Map will take an honourable place in your home / studio / office to make sure you are filled up with passion every time you walk past it.
